ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–7 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekens or public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING AVAILABILITY

KSETA currently ships in the United Arab Emirates, GCC and Middle East . Shipping availability and delivery timeframes may vary depending on the destination country and local courier services.

Please note that certain locations may experience shipping restrictions or delays beyond our control.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and shipping method selected. The final shipping cost will be displayed before completing your purchase.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
  • UAE Orders: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days
  • GCC & Middle East: Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs procedures, courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS, allowing you to follow your package throughout delivery.

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may attempt re-delivery or contact you directly. Packages returned to us due to incorrect address details or repeated failed delivery attempts may require additional shipping charges for re-shipment.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

While we work closely with trusted courier partners, KSETA is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos so we can assist you further.
