At KSETA, we are committed to provide a satisfying shopping experience for you!
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 7 days of delivery.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
- Items must be returned unused and in their original condition
- All items must be returned with all the tags and labels attached in their original packaging intact
Sale items / Custom Made items
Items purchased on sale or during promotions or custo m made items are not eligible for return or exchange.
RETURN , REFUND , EXCHANGE POLICY :
- To request a return or exchange, please email support@kseta.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions through your email or phone.
- After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the Approval status within 2 working days
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose a refund only.
RETURN SHIPPING :
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as KSETA is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
